We submit Medical Bills (Rs.15,000, Travel Bill (Rs.20,000, NSC, LIC, PPF payment receipts to our employer out of above which bills needs to be submit in original & which one in xerox. Please advise
Also give me Income tax reference for the same

As such there is no notification. Proofs of investment are always submitted in xerox as you may need them in the future.
Proofs of exepnses are normally submitted in original as evidence of the expenditure actually being incurred. However, some employers also accept xerox copies of medical bills and travel bills.
What exactly is your concern? Are you facing any problem?

Yes that is a concern for many employers, especially with regard to medical bills. An employee may claim the same expense from the employer as well as the insurance company.
