A company is yet to register for prof. tax because it is a small company. They have been advised to register in april 2010 atleast. Can they issue form 16 without prof tax recoveries for the fy 2009-10. will IT people question non recovery of prof. tax amount.

You can issue form No.16, without Prof.tax also. IT people is not concerned with Prof.Tax.
