I was reading schedlues to CA Act which says that a CA can not sent the printed copies of scale of fees to the client. Then how can he state his fees to them ?

SAHIL PRINTED COPIES ARE NOT ONLY PROCEDURE OF STATING FEES....YOU CAN VERBALLY/ORALLY TELL ABOUT THE FEES TO CLIENT IN MEETING WITH THE CLIENT.YOU CAN E.MAIL FEES SLAB TO THE CLIENT
