What is the full procedure of registration of LLP firm. What is the fee associated with it? Can anyone help for registration of LLP firm?

* First of all you have to apply for class II DSC (digital signatures) for every deisgnated partner (just like Director in company) - For DSC you need following documents (Both documents self certified) > Id Proof > Address Proof
* After obtaining DSC you have to apply for DPIN number (for every designated partner), for DPIN file form DIR-3 for DIR-3 above two documents should also get certified from CA.
* After getting DPIN number file FORM-1 for reservation of your LLP Name.
* After approval of LLP name you have to file Form -2 within 90 days for incorporation of LLP documents required for Form -2 is as under: > Premises proof (Rent Agreement/Property papers) > Copy of any utility bill (telephone bill, electricity bill or water bill) > NOC from owner of premises (whether premises is owned or rented) (if any document is pending you will came to know when you fill form 2)
* After incorporation of LLP you have to file LLP agreement within 30 days of incorporation in Form 3.
It will cost you aroung 8000 rupees
