Sir, My Tenants have paid a TDS for yr 2008-2009 at the rate of 2% of Rs15000/-pm for the first time.My tenants have provided me Form 16A.what is the procedure to submit this form? and for this financial year{2009-10} i being exempted from TDS.So,will the TDS paid for last year being Refunded??
