28 August 2016 1. can i become partner with CA and can b individual proprietor?
2. through which i can get bank audits?
3. if i discontinue my partnership and what about my proprietor firm, does i need to register agian or shall i get my olf proprietor firm no. from the start date?
4. which one is benificial, being proprietor or being partner?
5. within how many days i can become partner after getting my individual proprietorship firm..is there any time limit to enter in partnership?
6. what if i discontinue partnership firm and continue my old proprietor firm...will my experience in partnership firm willl b counted while granting bank audits?

02. you can get bank audit under any of the ONE entity
03. if you are practising in INDIVIDUAL name, no permission per se is to be sought for. If you want to practise in "Trade name.....e.g. xxx & Co or Asssociates etc), you need to take approval of ICAI about such a trade name
