Can a CA in job hold Part Time COP ? if yes, what is practical use of it. How a practising CA should draft employment terms, so that he can continue both. Plz share legal & practical views.
In reference to the above, you can have part time COP but you need to get the NOC from company stating that the company has no issue if you do the part time business or practice. However, in practical view, a big listed company don't allowed this, perhaps the small company are allowed the same.
Moreover, as per the code of conduct of CR Regulation & Schedule part-1, you will not be able to attest any document in line with regulatory reports or submission..
