Sir / Madam, it has been known that according to amendment made by Finance Bill 2011 service tax is to be paid on Accrual basis. pls confirm same is applicable for Chartered Accountants service or is there any thing specifically providing exemption pls let me know Circular or Notification no. Bit urgent pls reply
