27 November 2010 Dear Experts,

Is there any rule stating that if employee is not interested in participating Monthly PF. Can he give self authorized letter to the co stating that i am not interested in Pf deduction and do not deduct my PF and for ESIC.

Pls clarify.

27 November 2010 No, EPF & ESI deduction from employee for staff future. so please deduct and secure your future. little grace give big dividend.

27 November 2010 If X co deduct and does not pay to the department what will be the future of employee.

My Query, is there any rule stating that if employee is not interested in EPF, he can give a letter to the employer not to deduct EPF.

Pls clarify

27 November 2010 There is no rules for waiving of PF as you said, PF & ESIC must to deduct from the employee or employers has to pay both contributions.
