16 August 2013 PLEASE ADVICE ABOUT THE INCOME TAX IMPLICATION FOR A PERSON OF INDIAN ORIGIN HAVING SALARY INCOME AND ALSO REGARDING THE CHAPTER VI A DEDUCTIONS.

17 August 2013 Tax liability is not decided by the origin of a person. Rather it is decided by the fact wether that person is resident or non resident. in case of resident person, his global income is taxed, while in case of non resident person, the income which accrue or arise in india, or deemed to accrue or arise in india is taxed.

17 August 2013 Assuming that salary is from India, Income Tax Return should be filed in India after eligible deductions.
