Penalty issue on delayed filing of gstr-1 of nov 2017

14 January 2018 GSTR-1 of November 2017 has been filed on 13-01-2018 (Late filing by 3 days) and that too just because of technical error on GST Site. Can anyone share with me please on this issue whether any penalty on late filing by 3 days shall attract any penalty? Delay has happened because of technical error on site. Had it been perfect, wont have been delayed.

14 January 2018 Late Fee is applicable as per GST rule... The Technical Error / website problem / System errors are really same side. But, no way for escaping late fee as above problems related... But, In case Dept will be rectify or giving any relaxation then we can avail the benefit (as per relaxation given by CBEC in GSTR 3B). Otherwise we will pay the Late Fee...
