dear friends, what r the steps to change from pe2 to pcc/ipcc. i have completed 2nd group in pe2 in 2005 and i cannot complete rest is there any possibility to change to pcc/ipcc if so what i want to do.If i change should i take both groups or only 1st which i have not complete. Please any one can do this for me.
