Dear All
One of my client made partnership deed. There are three partners. Out of them two partners to get retirement. Rest partner want to keep that firm by enter one new partner. so firm can be continued without any dissolution.
Please guide and help me at the earliest.
Is there any draft for the same please provide the same also.

The firm can continue the business.. prepare a retirement deed and a admission deed for new partner.
