sir, in case a partnership firm without registration with the registrar of firms and wheather the firm can sue any third party or the third party can sue firm please reply

Partnership firm (whether registered with Registrar of Firms or not) is not a separate legal entity distinguished from its partners unlike an Incorporated Company. As it is not a separate legal entity it can not sue be sued by third party
