As per the F.Y.2009-2010 partne'r remunration slabs are changed. Is is necessary for the partner to amend the partnership deed in order to claim remunration as per the new slab ?

yes change it and this time add a clause like: Partners remuneration so and so and subject to the changes in the relevant section in the IT act for the relevant previous year...
