16 July 2010 I NEED TO SEE THE FIRST NAME AND MIDDLE NAME AND LAST NAME FROM THE PAN CARD.
IT IS REQUIRED TO MAKE LOGIN FOR E-FILING. SO PLEASE PROVIDE ME DETAILS. AND PLEASE GIVE ME REPL OTHER THEN INCOMETAXINDIA.GOV.IN

IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET ALL THE DETAILS FROM PAN NO.

16 July 2010 Long back there was a facility to view the Name and address of the PAN card holder. The income tax department has removed such facility now .

But you can find the name of the PAN card holder by indirect method. When you try to pay taxes online, at the end the name of the PAN card holder will be displayed in Red letters. That is all. You can try :

https://onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/etax

At this link, just fill the details and make proceed. In case, you name provided is wrong, it will show you the right name registered with that PAN Number.
Else, send me the PAN no. by PM, I will provide you.
Regards

Thx

17 July 2010 I Got the name of this PAN CARD Holder, but i cant disclose it here. The reasons are >
The name is not the same or resemblance as i get when your reply to this query comes. Since the name of the person comes on the mail id when anyone replies. So i am in doubt that this PAN Card belongs to you.

And giving any information about other person to anybody is against professional Ethics.

Either send me the PM with the right name or else you can do it on your own. The way i told you is here >

Go to Income tax site. Go the pay taxes on line and make payment for the Challan No. 280. Fill the name for which are doubted and other necessae=ry details and click submit. If the name is different from the name you provided, it will show you the name of the PAN Holder.

Although , I got the Name, but in case you are genuine that send me the PM.

This is not that , i am doubting you, but this my act is just because of professional Ethics.

I hope you understand it and won't take it the other way.

Regards

25 May 2011 HELLO SIR

WILL U PLEASE HELP ME ON THE FOLLOWING ISSUES

I wanted to know about relevancy of Bank Account entries..

In the one of the client i have found that their opening bank balance is around 95000 and their last two year return shows their income bellow exemption limit. I.e 120000 and 145000 under the head income from other source.

Now my Que is as follows.

1. Whether the income from tutuion income can be shown under the head income from other source. The income is really genuine. The income belongs to a women and she is infect housewife but at the same time giving tution to few students as well. Can we claim few exp incurred for the earning the such income?

2.In the last financial year i seen that in the bank statement there are lot of transaction of deposits of money in bank via cash and cheque(around 700000 to 1000000) as well. and in the same way big withdrawal as well(around 800000) and at then end the bank balance from opening 95000 reached to somewhere around 225000. What is its relevancy in filing of return? Do i need to consider this transaction while filing of return and if yes then how?

3. This is very much differant
Can LIC development officer clain deduction of 30% from the incentive bonus received by them?

Can v take the help of the following judgement still?
