I have file my Income tax return for the assessment year 2010-11 on time i.e. on 29/07/2010. But unfortunately i have mention wrong PAN No. Now, I receive a notice from Income Tax Department U/s 272B & they have mention that Why penalty of Rs. 10,000/-

You just go and meet IT dept address mentioned in that notice, they can suggest you. You try to refile the return with correct details.
