Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a CA Inter and articleship completed student and pursuing CA Final.
I am interested in opening an accounting and tax consultancy service (sole proprietorship) and I also have the adequate knowledge and resources for the same.
My query is, whether I am compulsorily required to register my service under Shops and establishment act or any other act.

U must Register Shops and Est Act for Office and U like Professional Registration Certificate apply STP (for Sales tax ) . U Like Practice in Indirect Tax -Apply CBEC-H,Card,G-Crad,And F Card (It is Professional Certificate)
