This type of error comes while any changes has been done in form 201 or might be you are using cut, copy, paste command in the sheet. Also avoid to put value with decimal. Confirm error I can say after reviewing of your form. Regards Pragnesh

the format is as such since may 08. are you filling return first time? it can be problem in web server, that's why this massege appears some time. you are suggested download the form 201 once again and type all the figures, don't copy and paste, then upload it once again.
