Here is something that I found to be the quickest. Download free version of asap utilities (search on google). After installing you will see a ribbon in Excel 2007. In that in the dropdown menu of Numbers the 9th item can convert your selection of numbers to the text as you want.
After this you would need to add "only" at the end which you can do easily.
