What were the compliances to be followed by the NRI on becoming resident, Also where there is investment in shares what were compliances with RBI,
if the compliances were not made beyond beyond 6 month what were the consequences of such not compliances

write to Bankers/companies holding shares within six Months of intending Resident/permanent return with a copy of passport of holder with application/declaration to be stay in india permanently.You may have to produce original passport/visa copies.
