20 August 2014 hello experts.. if a person of a indian origin is working outside india from last two years as an employee and recieves salary there is he liable to pay tax in india? thanx in Advance n if possble send me a link or article please

23 August 2014 it should not be taxable in India. please refer section 6 and 9

23 August 2014 Income earned in Foreign as an employee of foregin company in Foreign and you are NRI , then you have no liability of Indian Taxation.

Sending this money to India is also exempted for tax .There are certain taxataion rules in Foreign country that u need to follow .Read abovesaid sections 6,9 of India IT rules in this regards.
