I had passed PCC I Group in November 2009. But I have not yet received the Result card from the Institute. I have mailed to the concerned but not received any reply from them.
Can anybody give me a valuable suggestion on this?

You can visit institutes branch and discuss ur case with concerned authority. but don't forget to communicate everything in writing.
