I AM A CENTRAL RAILWAY EMPLOYEE. I HAVE FILLED ITR-1 OF MY A.Y 12-13 & 13-14, AS PER DETAILS AVAILABLE IN FORM 16 AND IN 26AS (ABOUT TDS, ETC).I HAVE VERIFIED MY 26AS BEFORE FILING MY RETURN AND THE SAME MATCHED PERFECTLY WITH MY FORM 16 AND AFTER SUBMITTING MY RETURN NO DATA AVAILABLE IN 26AS AND I GOT DEMAND INSTEAD OF REFUND AS I HAVE CLAIMED BY INTIMATION U/S.143(1). PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE PLEASE

Verify your demand notice item by item and find out the reason of demand. There must be ground for their claim that will clearly reflect in the demand notice.
After finding out the reasons of demand - go to IT efiling portal - Login - My Account - Rectification Request - and file the rectification.
Income Tax would revise the demand notice - no point to worry.

Kalam Sir, as i have said that there is no DATA, available in my 26AS may be due to some technical problem and so why they have not taken my TDs into their calculation. I am sure that my employer has made all his formalities clear and i have seen this too in my 26AS a TDS of 15141/- as of in my form 16. OK can I file rectification with the same details once again. please

If your employer has issued the TDS Certificate - it must be reflected in your 26AS. Quoting the TDS certificate number, file the rectification request.
