Dear experts please let me know if i not file the nil tds return is it punishable under income tax act or it's mandatory for file nil tds return?? otherwise is it mandatory then when will the due date for filing nil return??please let me know as soon as possible

No need to file Nil TDS Return. Just submit the online declaration for Non filing of statement at TRACES Website.

It is not compulsory. But it is better to file Nil return in future if there is no deduction.
