suppose my dividend income is 1200000 from domestic company.
then under sec 10 (34) upto 1000000 will be exempt and in excess of 1000000 i.e. 200000 will be taxed @ 10 %.
is it correct?
or 1200000will be taxed @ 10%???
cz in some books its taxed on whole amt..
plj resolve this query asap...
