08 September 2012 DEAR ALL ,

IN THE CASE OF N.R.I. AT THE TIME OF INCOME TAX RETURN FILLING , THERE ARE NEED OF N.R.I.'S FOREIGN BANK DETAIL AND IMMOVABLE PROPERTY DETAIL.

IT IS URGENT , PLEASE.

09 September 2012 There is no need to mention any foreign bank details and immoveable property details while filing NRI return of income in India.

09 September 2012 As Mr. Pardeep replied, You need not to mention the foreign bank Account details if your Residential Status was Non-Resident in Previous Financial Year, as Foreign income of non-resident is not taxable in India. Those details needs to be furnished by the person whose Status was Resident in previous FY. So don't worry of that schedule.
