Sir, As a reputed Company Lost the MODVAT Copy of the Invoice in transporting the material and we are not able to claim the modvat benefit of Excise ,and the transporter has produced the Affidavit in the Rs 20 Stamp Paperfor that,So.pl.guide me what should be done to claim the Excise benefit and make the payment to the party.
