28 June 2011 a person is selling mobile recharge vouchers through paper voucher and by mobile e recharge.

his gross recharge turnover is Rs 70 lakhs but his commission is only 3 % on it . ie. Rs. 2.10 lakhs only

Whether he will be liable for tax audit ?
