The minor will be taxable for all incomes earned through his talent or skill. Any other income other than the income earned through his talent or skill shall be clubbed in the hands of either of his parents.

The best example is child artists in Cinema and serials. As they are working and earning for themselves the income is taxable in their hands but they are represented by their parents for signatures.
