yes., you can opt for your medium of exam while filling your exam form for particular attempt for example while filling exam form for may 2013 you have specified hindi language as ur exam paper then you will be given question papers in hindi and you have to answer in hindi.....
if you have specified your medium as hindi during registration then you will get hindi study materials book from icai.,, otherwise in default english material..
