Let me explain you the case, our company covered their employees and parents in mediclaim, due to mistake our HR person miss to include father of one of our director, and unfortunately he got hospitalize and it cost him around 1.5 lakh, he claim this amount from company and company decided to pay him, so will it be considered as taxable income in his hand or tax free (he will be providing all original supporting)

This is a perquisite to be taxed in the hands of your Director. However, please check the following: Is the treatement of your Directors father done in a hospital approved by chie Commissioner of ITax. This should be by way of reimbursement to your Director against the actual expenses incurred by him for his father's treatement.
If answer to the above two questions is yes, then it is not taxable in the hands of your director.
