17 September 2011 1.Desire(s) has no legal meaning.
2.Wish(es) has no legal meaning.
3.A contract which is enforceable by the law of the land.
4.Consideration: something for something it is also called in Latin terminology "quid pro quo"
5.Consideration normally expressed in monetary terms say consideration for an advocate taking a case is10,000.(fees is consideration for advocate and arguing a case by advocate is consideration for the client)
6.Not doing an act (forbearance) can be consideration, such as "I will pay you $1,000 not to lay a road next to my fence."(informing adjacent site owner)
7.Not to lay a road is nothing but not doing certain thing.
