Dear Experts We (X) have purchase material from A and A have material sand to directly B, (for save transportation charges by X) , for jobwork and other material adding by B,and B issued road permit to A,then what is excise procedure.

When you filled declaration to Excise dept reg Job Work, you have to mentioned, "Material directly delivered to Job Work Location", and supplier also mentioned delivery address on invoice.

it is safe to make proper record for that challan under rule 54(f)94) to be make address of delivery is mention is goods. but no relation with the job work challan . for job work you have to make job work challan.
