Llp registration with different government departments

This query is : Resolved

23 December 2011 Hi, I have registered my LLP in Gujarat and my business is to export leather products such as shoes, belts etc. and buckles outside india and trading of buckles etc. within India. I have obtained a PAN card and Import Export Code for my LLP.
I need to know which are the departments left in which I need to register my LLP?
1. Do I have to register my LLP with Gujarat Sales Tax and obtain a GST number?
2. Do I have to register my LLP with Central Sales Tax and obtain a CST number?
3. Do I have to register my LLP with CEntral Excise?
4. Do I have to register my LLP with Customs Department, or Import Export Code is enough?
5. Do I have to register my LLP with Gujarat Professional Tax department?
6. Any other government department I have to register my company with, in order to comply with the law and export/trade successfully?

Please let me know as I don't want to be a defaulter in my first deal, or in any deal for that matter. I know answering these queries might take some considerable time of yours but please respond experts as I am not getting any guidance from any other source.

Thanks,
Sachin

23 December 2011 reply 1to 4: if your turnover exceed the provision laid down in sales tax department and avail SAD refund , can do registered , iec is sufficient it transfer in custom records.
also get RCMC of concerned export promotion council.and also get the Digital key so that can get DGFT incentive.

23 December 2011 Thanks Mr. Kumar. For points 1 to 3, do I have to register GST and CST separately? Also, is registration with Central Excise is different from registering for Sales Tax? If yes, do I have to get my LLP registered with it for export/trade?
Mine is a new company and no transaction is done yet, so I am not sure about the turnover. So do I have to take the sales tax number based on my assumption of the possible turnover of the company?

24 December 2011 in your case can do registration in cst.if you are manufacturer can get registration in excise.

26 December 2011 I will outsource the manufacturing of my product to some manufacturer and he will manufacture it in his own unit. I will not have any manufacturing unit of my own. However, I will purchase raw materials from different manufacturers and send it to my manufacturing for finished product's manufacturing. In this case do I have to take a excise number? Sorry for asking again and again but I just want to be sure that I am not missing anything. Thanks a lot

29 December 2011 as stated above, you must Get registration if you avail various incentive from excise and DGFT too.

29 December 2011 Thanks Mr. Kumar.

29 December 2011 WELCOME SIR.
