LLB is a graduation degree and should be done through the normal channel. LLB is generally done after obtaining the first graduation degree like B.Com. If it is done after 12th (schooling or pre-uni), then it is a five year course otherwise after graduation, it is a three year course.
For the benefit of students, most colleges provide evening classes for LLB. You can take up any college for LLB, if you want to take it up as an additional qualification with CS. However, if you want to be in the core legal field and have CS as an additional qualification, then do a regular LLB course + one year of specialisation (for practising as a lawyer) from any college and start working with an advocate who has a decent practice in High Court or Supreme Court.
LLB + CS is a good option. Similarly, CA + CWA is a good option.

No MBL is Master of Business Laws and not equal to LLB so you cant be advocate. But the if you are going to choose CS then MBL would add value to you knowledge for details you can see the below link and decide: http://www.nls.ac.in/ded/academic_programmes_distance_education_courses.html
