Registered recently with service tax deptt.but turn over not exceeding 9 lakh.would i required to charges & pay Service Tax?Is it required to file service tax return of NIL?
You do not require to charge and pay service tax until your taxable turnover exceeds 10 lakhs in current year or any preceeding previous years. If you are registered then service tax return is need to be filed.
