Hi, This is Kavita I have framed a lebral leave policy for my compnay stating that compay has lebral leave policy and there will be no accumulation of leave at the end of the year and no carry forward of leave will be available also no encashment of leave will be given if employee does't go on leave during the year. Is this a fair policy or I have to make a provision in my accounts for the minimum leave which employee has not availed. My company is stock broking house.

in that case you have to grant leave to employee, under any circumatance. as eployee is not getting anything return in lieu of his sacrifice of his account leave, granted by policy.
