Sir, my brother is a employee and in F.Y 2014-15 his income was taxable(i.e Rs. 3,00,000 /- in year). But he do not pay any tax till now and no tds deduct from his company. Now if he wants to pay tax and filling return for A.Y 2015-16 then what will he do? How much interest or penalty will give for it?

Yes he can file return for AY 2015-16. Interest is levied @ 1% per month or part of month on tax payable u/s 234A.
