08 April 2011 under section 12 of the contract labor regulation and abolition act , 1970 contractor execute any work through contract labour except under and in accordance with the license issued in that behalf by the licensing officer
the licensee is issued after necessary investigation by the licensing officer, it is valid for the period specified only 12 month
the license fee range from 5 to 125 depending on the number of workmen employed by the contractor
