there is no uniformity of designation, it varies from company to company and industry to industry. some companies offer as Mgt Trainee, some Asst. Mgr if domain is F&A, in the financial sector it may Financial Analyst.

Agreed with CA vikash there are many designations like example in Big 4 - executive,associate, Asst manager Industries- Accts executive, Financial analyst, Asst manager, Finance manager,Mgmt trainee,Internal auditor etc
