A person taken class as outside faculty in institute institute deduct tds u/s 94 j , above person has no any other income but wants to file return to claim TDS benifit because his total income is less than 2 lakh. 1. which ITR is required to file? 2. Can he file the return now for the f/y 2013-14 income? 3. whether govt has extend date for filing return?

1. ITR4 since the income is taxable under the head Profit and Gains of Business or Profession. 2. Yes. Belated return u/s 139(40 can be filed upto 31.03.2015 without any penalty. 3. No extension of due date.
