dear sir cpc sent status of itr4 for assessment year 11-12 that cpc said that cpc not in position to processing your return and its sent to juridictional assessing officer for processing, the assessing officer contact to you for clarification if required, the return submit for refund claim of a commission income of rs 33500 0nly and tds of rs 3350. I do not understand the fact, that why cpc itr4 returned to AO its a small refund cases.

The refund process has been transfered to A.O. only when some queries were found at CPC. Kindly check whether the amount of TDS of Rs. 3350 was shown in your 26AS. If its there then u dont worry and just send a letter along with copy of 26AS to your jurisdictional officer for claim of your refund

dear niraj sir many many thanks to you to advice me in addition Iwant to know that what is writing in latter? is it can be happen if MICR code put "000000000" in bank detail, or filing itr for refund claim for assessment year 11-12 after then 12-13 by mistake? and for your infomation tds show in 26as is o.k. and all other information is also o.k. advice me thanks.....

there might be error if u have given wrong MICR Code and opted for ECS.. And i m not able to understand about what u are asking about writing in latter

dear expart I opt refund by paper cheque by selecting "NO" by drop down method and micr code enter by mistake as "000000000" is there the same situation? advice me thanks.....

You just write a letter to IT Officer of your ward regarding non receipt of refund and along with the letter provide copy of IT return, 26AS and form 16A. ITO will grand u the refund.
