my itr for the f.y. 2012-13 was e filed & received by cpc,bangalore but mail was reeived from cpc stating that it is not possible to process from their side &it was redirected to local jurisdiction.the local AO may be contacted for any information

well sometimes returns are transferred to jurisdictional AO for verification. so kindly contact your AO for further process.
