Itr for part time + full time income

I am working as Full time salaried employee (they deduct TDS) + part time freelancer for US client, for extra income(they don't deduct tds and pay me directly to my indian account). I do part time based on work availability.
In this condition which ITR Form, I need to fill ITR1 or ITR4. For ITR 4, I don't have any documents or contact to show. Can I show mt part time income as Other income in ITR1?
I did not get any clue for this query, please advice me.
