Dear sir, An individual having income of Rs. 145000/- ( below the threshold limit ) from business under the provision of Section 44AF in the F.Y. 2008-09. Still can he file his income tax return for A.Y. 2009-10 voluntarily. If yes, then, any penalty whether can attract or not ? Please advice in this regard. Thanks.
