what are the specific points to be rememberred while filling ITR-4 of an assessee carrying on profession of LIC agent ehose gross receipts during a year is Rs.141000 & his taxable profit is Rs.66000 after claiming expenses. in ITR 4 can he show his detail in PART PL Point NO.51 WHERE NOT TO MAINTAIN BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS.

Yes, he can show details in Point No.51 where books of accounts are not required to maintain.
