Itr-3 refund

01 December 2018 I have fled ITR-3 of one of my client for F.Y 2017-18.ITR was processed and refund is also initiated but the problem is that the 1st bank account which was mentioned in ITR was closed. What should we do?
For your information 2nd alternate bank account is active but as 1st bank account is closed, it there any impact on refund procedure/delay of refund?


01 December 2018 While filing the return it is ascertained as to in which bank account does the assessee wishes to claim the refund (if any is admissible). If in the requisite information, you mentioned the details of that bank account which has been closed then you need to update your bank account details by making a request for re-issue of refund.

03 December 2018 While raising refund reissue, request ,it shows as "No refund failures to raise refund reissue service request.
Does it mean that refund was processed in alternate bank account?
