27 April 2010 The package is a tool which used to solve some particular problems of the user. It can be developed through any language such as C,C++,Java and so on. If we want to extern the usage of the package its not possible. Packages could not have the externed facility. Simply we can define the language
as package maker. Language make the package, but package could not make the language. All user requirement can be solved through language.
