I am about to write my Ipcc group two first attempt this time and I was wondering if I can skip a chapter in IT since the whole syllabus has changed and the portions are huge.

Well , I never suggest u to skip anything.... But, if u r skipping any chapter...then what else u r preparing.... 100% learn them by heart.
